You are looking at the very first issue of our brand-new TalentIn Focus e-magazine. We are proud and delighted that our idea for a magazine has come to fruition. Our plan to start a magazine was first conceived on the occasion of our recent five-year anniversary. And what an eventful five years it has been, with the COVID pandemic and steadily rising shortages in the labour market. But the good news of the past five years is that our amazing clients trusted us with great projects, which we were excited to carry out for them, often in collaboration with our fantastic network partners. We started TalentIn because we wanted to share our broad knowledge and experience. This e-magazine is another way of doing just that. In every issue of this e-magazine, we will zoom in on a specific topic that is relevant to our network. Our aim is to inspire and educate our readers by deep-diving into a domain that is of interest to them. We will talk to clients and experts, elaborate on note-worthy studies and share useful tips and tricks. And we invite you to weigh in. We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have to improve upon this magazine and make each issue a little better than the one before.
